Memberships are important to grant making and funding sources.  Mojave Desert Land Trust is required to show matching funds against the grants we receive.  Your membership helps qualify us for these grants, by showing that our mission is important to a large and diverse audience. 

Memberships are a primary source of operating funds.  Membership donations help cover the expenses we incur running the organization, pursuing acquisitions, raising money to buy properties, and caring for the 520 properties we currently protect.
